BBQ Turkey Legs

Turkey Legs with our Quick Low Sodium BBQ Sauce!
So your wondering what to do with those left over turkey legs that seem like they are always the last thing to go. Well they'll be the first to go now with this quick and easy Barbeque Turkey Leg Recipe. Hopefully you remembered to buy a FRESH turkey for the holidays. One that hasn't been treated with brines and salt and is low in sodium. It should have been about 65mg sodium per serving.
Start with our Quick and Easy Low Sodium BBQ Sauce. For the sauce you ne ed..
1/2 to 1 cup No Salt Ketchup depending on how much sauce you want.
1 TBS. Red Wine Vinegar
1 to 1 1/2 TBS. Molasses
1 to 1 1/2 tsp Liquid smoke if you have it .
1/8 to 1/4 tsp Salt Substitute
A dash of any other seasonings you like such as paprika, garlic powder, honey, etc.
Take your left over COOKED turkey legs and dip them or baste them with the BBQ sauce and heat the way you desire. They should be hot and done in about 3-4 minutes in the microwave, 10 minutes in a preheated 350º oven or, my favorite is the outdoor electric grill for a few minutes and enjoy.
